Inviting Users to the Self-Service Portal as an Administrator

Overview
As an administrator of the Work 365 Self-Service Portal, you can invite additional users by creating contacts, assigning web roles, and enabling portal access. To perform these actions, you must have the Work 365 Administrator role assigned.

Steps to Invite a User to the Portal
1. Navigate to Manage Users
✅ Log in to the Self-Service Portal.
✅ Go to Manage My Services and select Manage Users.
2. Create a New Contact
✅ Click on the option to add a new contact.
✅ Fill in the mandatory fields:
✔ First Name
✔ Last Name
✔ Office 365 Email ID
3. Associate Web Role(s)
✅ After entering the contact details, click on Associate to assign the appropriate web roles to the user.
✅ Web roles determine the level of access a user has within the portal. The available roles include:
- Web Role: Work365 Administrator Access Permissions: Grants access to all Manage Service menu items.
- Web Role: Work365 Subscription Manager Access Permissions: Allows management of subscriptions and viewing of Azure subscription usage data.
- Web Role: Work365 Finance Manager Access Permissions: Permits management of invoices and payment profiles.
4. Enable Portal Access
✅ Scroll to the bottom of the contact form and click on Enable Portal Access.
✅ This action will send an automated portal invitation email to the user.
✅ The user must click on the link provided in the email to access the portal.
